Steven R. Sawyer is a Certified Safety Professional with over 20 years of experience helping clients identify potential hazards and prevent incidents, providing training, and investigating workplace fatalities and catastrophic injuries to determine cause and prevent them from occurring again. He has assisted clients with OSHA inspections, EPA audits of anhydrous ammonia programs, and Federal U.S. DOT hazardous material audits.

As a safety consultant, Sawyer partners with companies to prevent incidents and reduce risk by identifying hazardous situations and compliance issues through comprehensive safety audits and inspections. He develops customized recommendations, creates safety programs and policies, provides training and assists with regulatory consulting audits, among other services.

Sawyer provides safety consulting services to small businesses/industry, manufacturing, trucking companies, chemical companies, as well as numerous agribusinesses including: cattle feed yards, dairies, poultry and egg production, fertilizer companies, trucking companies, food processors, meat packing houses, potato, carrot, and root crop farm operations, vineyards, orchards, large commercial farms, feed mills, grain handling facilities, farm input stores, and warehouse operations.
